What is Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)?
Certified Home Health Aide assists patients with completing important personal tasks such as dressing, bathing and variety of hygiene needs. CHHA provides a safe environment for the patient in their own homes by assisting the patient with minor cleaning and instrumental activities of daily living such as cooking, laundry and light housekeeping.
Applicant must be 18 years of age, U.S. citizens or qualified legal alien, have the ability to speak English proficiently. Applicants must have a complete physical examination include two steps PPD and MMR. Applicant must be physically, and mentally capable of participating in program activities such as lifting, getting patients out of bed, giving bed baths, aiding transfers for those with limited mobility, and other patient related care needs. Applicant will be fingerprinted and must pass a self-pay criminal background check. Doing the time of registration, you must bring your government issued ID and your social security card. If you are not a US citizen you must bring in proof of eligibility to work in the USA. To register for the training program, applicant must pay the full non-refundable registration fee.
BirlenCare LLC provides day, evening, and weekend classes. Our training program comprises a total of 3 weeks, equals 76 hours of lecture and hands-on. Our full training tuition is only $550 including application fee and your books.
